Buy Domains opens when I don't get correct web address

Buy Domains opens when I don't get correct web address. I
don't know what that is called. I don't think it
a "hijacked browser" and it hasn't changed my homepage.
I've tried everything, but I can't get rid of it. I got My
pop-up blocker to stop that other product from popping up
when I X-out the "buy domains" page, but I've had no luck
stopping those "buy domains" scumbags. I've already tried
ad-aware and Spybot - Search & Destroy but had no luck.
Can someone tell me how to throw out this trash???
