buttons not showing up

I made a website in frontpage 2000 published it and a
couple of people who have gone to my site tell me that
some of the hover buttons dont show up. . I have a row of
hover buttons at top of page. each time they click on a
hover button, when the new page loads some of the hover
buttons fail. If you click on a button that did appear
and move to a new page a different set of buttons fail to
load. Now other people and myself included have not had
this problem at all. Everything loads fine. What can i
do to fix this.

If these are true FrontPage Hover Button components,
there's probbly an issue with the Java virtual machine on
the PCs that are failing. Those visitors should probbly
upgrade to a newer version, although the issue might also
be a very slow CPU or very low RAM.

The the "hover buttons" are actually rollover images, the
problem is most likely coming from download failures. Try
preloading the images.

Are the hover buttons part of a FP theme?
Have you made your own images for the buttons?
Are you using the java applet hover buttons or javascript/dhtml rollovers?
Have you imported the images into the current web?
