Are they linked to a Business Contact (through the BCM Linking toolbar) or
to a standard contact?

I have a lot of future appointments set up in Outlook on
my calendar. Each appointment is linked to a contact,
but the appointment is not listed in the Business Contact
History area of the contact.

I also tested entering a new appointmen tin the calendar
and linking it to a contact, still does not show up in
Business Contact History.

Any idea why this is not working?

I have them linked at the bottom by clicking on Contact
and then navigating to the business contact folder and
then the subfolder Business contacts.

I just tried using the link bar up top and that works
fine.

Any way to fix this without going into each calendar
entry and changing them?

Thanks!!

You'll have to use the bar at the top to link them. That's the only
supported way of linking business contacts to non-BCM items (such as
meetings, etc).

Unfortunately there's no way to go through and update the linking
automatically, you'll have to do them by hand.
