Put Outlook in the subject line.

Is it possible (and if so how to add the "Add to Blocked Senders"
command (either menu or button) to the Desktop Alert box in Outlook 2003?
It seems to me this would be a very quick way to keep adding the lousy
spammers to my blocked list.
