Bug with scheduler

I have tried setting the scheduler to run at 1230hrs
every day, though when I type in 1230 and click "Update
Schedule", it changes the time to 0030, and this is when
it runs. Has anyone else had this problem?
I guess this is a bug that has resulted in a problem with
the conversion between 24 hour and 12 hour clocks.
I can find no way of making it run at thirty minutes past
noon!
