browser popup size

Is there anywhere on IE to regulate the size of the popup
of additional browser windows? When i open it for the
first time, it opens up full screen... now, when i click
for an additional browser window to open through the
existing window, it opens up on my screen to about the
size of a quarter...this size changes every now and
again, but is never constant... anyone know how to fix
this?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
