Browser only displays partial pages

I'm having problems with a few web sites at the moment where only part
of the page(s) is downloaded to my browser.

I am using Internet Explorer 6 SP1, and when I look at the update
versions available from Help > About, I can also see that the
following patches have been applied: Q828750 and Q331906.

I have seen earlier postings in this group that refer to the following
KB article:

However, when I try to apply this patch (3725.exe in my case), I get a
"This update does not need to be installed on this system" message box
and the patch execution ceases.

Can anyone help?

Something else I've just noticed is that very similar behaviour exists
when I do the same thing in Netscape Communicator 4.7 on the same PC.
I am running Windows NT 4 SP6a, and connect to the Internet via a
proxy server.

Another colleague on Windows NT 4 is also experiencing the same issue,
but someone here on Windows XP (and using the same proxy server) does
not. The problem started occurring for all of us towards the latter
part of last week.

Do you think that the issue is more likely to be operating
system/proxy server related as the same behaviour exists in Netscape?

Could not tell, if you refresh do you get a good page?

Did you check the settings in the registry, article on the page I gave you.
