browser errors

I connot connect to the internet with any of my browsers ie.Internet
explorer,Netscape,Opera etc. I deleted all network services (accident)
and reinstalled them and now The browser cannot find the connection. The
same is true for my Eudora mail so it is a system problem not the
connection to my isp.
Please help

It could be either a configuartion issue or a problem with youre connection.
You need to do some testing to find out which. Run "ipconfig /all" from a
command line and verify your IP configuration is correct.
Can you ping your IP address? Ping your default gateway? Ping your DNS
servers?

What do you mean by ping and how do I do it? The connection has been
tested and works as I can dial in to my ISP by directly clicking the
connection. It is just that the browsers, mail program, etc. can not
find that connection.

I found out how to ping and all tests good.
The problem is not with the connection but rather that w2k cannot find
the connection.
