K

Ken

Just put in new drum and it tells me to reset the counter but nothing in the
manual or on Brother site how to do so.

Help would be useful.

Just seen something that says the instructions are in the new drum box.
But nothing in the box - must of forgotten to put the bits of paper in??

1. Press the cover release button and open the front cover of the printer
(so you can see the toner cartridge)

2. Press and hold down the Go button until all 4 LEDs are lit. Once all 4
LEDs are lit, release the Go button.

3.Close the front cover.

4. Make sure that the Drum LED is now off

Excellent - their help lines seem OK, their documentation is not as good as
some of their competitors in my experience. But you got there that's what
matters.
