Box alerting me to incoming phone call when online?

Own this system for 6 months. Week ago a box pops onto scren alerting me to an incoming phone call while i was online. I could accept, or ignore the call. I had neve seen this before. Is this a part of windows xp? Could this be some form of spyware? There are no productnames within this alert tht I coldclick on to review its properties. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

If it is netmeeting, why havent I seen this alert in the past 6months? What has changed that it does it now?
