Borderless Printing ?

Hello,
We designed a flyer that fills the whole 8.5 x 11 page.
In Print Layout it shows up properly but when I go to print preview or
actally print it the final result has what looks like 1/4" border around the
whole document.

I've tried Word 2002, 2007 as well as a few different printers we hve at
work, but I cannot get it to actually print the flyer properly.

What am I missing?

Thanks

Word will let you print borderless if your printer will let you
print borderless. Unfortunately, most printers (even expensive
commercial printers) have some amount of non-printable area along
each side of the page. If you see a professionally printed flyer
that has printing all the way to the page edges (full bleed),
then it was probably printed onto oversize sheets of paper, and
then the oversize sheets were trimmed to their final size. If
your printer is capable of borderless printing, then you may need
to specifically enable that option in the printer properties menu.
