boot problems with win2K

Hi

We recently had a virus infection on our network.
This has been cleared but I still have issues with
systems rebooting themselves.

Not sure if it is related or not.

One of the system refused to do anything. I
thought it might be a hardware issue and put the
harddrive in an another system.

The drive worked fine. I loaded up Wndows 2000 and tested.
Thinking that it was a hardware issue, I loaded the drive
on an another machine (old) but ended up with exactly the
same problems.

The system goes through a memory check then verifying pool
data
then goes to Starting WIndows 2000 and then
reboots itself.

Safe Mode or Recovery console has not worked.
The computer is a celeron with 64 mb of RAM
The other (original) machine was a P3 with 64mb of
RAM

HELP!!

Systems may be rebooting because of fatal errors not necessarily associated with the virus but then again maybe. Try Control Panel
| System | Advanced | Startup and Recovery, uncheck Automatically Reboot and Under Debugging information you may want to select
Complete Memory Dump if you or someone you know knows how to read a dump file. If reboots are because of a system failure, then
instead of rebooting you'll get a BSOD. You will need to have at least 2 MB of virtual memory setup on the system partition itself.
