Bookfold feature w/ 11 x 17 paper - Is it possible in Word 2003?

Is it possible to make a bookfold document using 11 x 17 paper in word 2003?
I have used bookfold with smaller paper (11 x 8.5) successfully but when I go
to page set up and enter the size paper with bookfold and 1" margins all
around, word wants to change the margins to be quite large which cuts off
text on the pages. Any suggestions...

Is your printer capable of printing 11" x 17" paper?

No, my printer does not accomodate 11 x 17 paper. I will be putting this
document on a CD and taking it to my printer who can create this size booklet.

Let me clarify - I will take the document to a printing company that will
print the doc

In order to use the book fold feature (or anything else) for 11" x 17", you
have to select the driver for a printer that is capable of printing that
paper size. The printer doesn't have to be physically present. Find out what
kind of printer the printing company will be using and install the driver
for that printer. Be very sure, however, that that's what the company wants.
They may have their own imposition software and prefer that you set up the
document as individual 8.5" x 11" pages.
