Word to PDF...not keeping page size

So I created a PDF document from a Word document. The page size is 11 x
17...but when I go to print from the PDF...it cuts it all off and only prints
an 8.5 x 11 chunk of it!? I figured out how to change the print settings so
it will print 11 x 17...but it won't keep the settings so next time the
document is opened I don't (or someone else doesn't) have to reset the print
settings!

Any ideas?
