blurred text and images

All pictures, images, and text when I am on line. Are
blurred or double image ghost like in appearance. Have to
right click on page or item and select refresh page to
full quality or refresh item to full quality. Been doing
this since directx 9.0 was automatically downloaded. Have
windows xp home. Auto download been disabled.

Have you tried removing DX9? If your video card does not support DX9 then it
could be causing problems. Either use a restore point to go back to before
DX9 or try here:
