bluetooth headset

Hi all.
I know how to get my cell phone bluetooth mic and earpiece to work in
windows, but only by installing third party driver and software (my
bluetooth adapter is tecom usb bluetooth dongle). Anyone managed to to
this with windows drivers only? The system finds and installs drivers
for thi hardware, no problem, but it just can't find the actual
bluetooth device.
