checked out problem reports...says Nvidia (video hardware) caused problem...I
used Nvidia GeForce Go 7300...went to their site to download driver
update...for 32 bit system (at least that's what my system indicates I'm
operating...) but when I went to run this download it said "set detected
operating system in use is not Windows Vista 32 bit...I have Windows Vista
Home Premium....I checked authenticity...its valid

Boot to Safe Mode using the F8 key. Open the Device Manager and find the
video driver. Right click it and select Properties. Under the Driver Tab
click the rollback driver button. It should then boot with the old driver.
