Blue screen of death after install service pack 4

I installed service pack 4 and reboot the machine as
instructed, upon reboot I received an error message STOP
0x00000001E Kmode_exception_note_handled. I have tried
uninstalling service pack 4 and still recieve the same
error. Can anyone help
