my computer has been running slow so I have done the defrag..cleaning the
temp files.etc...but then I left the computer for a few minutes came back
and had this blue screen....couldnt do anything except unplug the computer
and replug..everything came back...it did leave a error log event..

Error 10/29/04 9:33:45AM System Error (102) 1003 N/A and then the
computer name

I got the info above from the events viewer ...under system errors

the blue screen when it came on...did say a few things but I couldnt past
and copy so here is a few of things I thought might help...

***STOP: 0x0000008E
(0xc0000005, 0x8060f358,0xF7c4f604,0x00000000)

then it said something about

Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete.
Contact you system administrator or tech support

any suggestion on things I can check before it happens again..

when I did plug back in the computer did say that I had a device problem...I
sent it to MS and there was page that came up and it also said a device was
the problem..so I checked the device manager but nothing showed there was a
problem??
