Blue Screen Error

Once in a while I get a "IRQ not equal" blue screen and this error report:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini042104-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\RUDYD'~\LOCALS~\Temp\WER7.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

What does this mean and how do I correct it? TIA

This indicates there is hardware problem in your computer, please refer to

When the machine reboots after a crash you should get prompted to send the
error report back to Microsoft.

If you do send it, the error report will get analyzed and you will get
troubleshooting steps for your specific problem, or information (possibly
including a fix) for the specific driver causing the problem on your
machine.
