Blue screen crashes

I am getting blue screen crashes two or three times a day. The first time,
I got a message to send report to try and fix the problem..The rest have
just rebooted the computer..

I never crashed under XP so what is going on here? Are we back to Win98
system all over again?

Just an addition to my previous post..the crashes are occuring when i click
on a link in my favorites list in IE7 or a link on a website. I have
messenger live running, pccillin protection. No other programs open.
