Hi Checlo,
- The ar5211.sys is belonging to the Chipset Atheros wireless LAN, do you
have this on your computer?.
One of two things to do if you have this Chipset, update the driver for it
or uninstall it and reinstall it again.
Read this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927015

- Open a run command and type in: netsh winsock reset click [OK] and
Reboot your machine and try to connect.
- If still no joy then Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network
and Internet Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE Properties window click Programs Tab and then click Manage Add-Ons.
There Disable non-verified Add-Ons and click [OK].
Back on the IE properties window click Advanced tab then scroll down under
Browsing option and uncheck this box:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest)

Then click Apply and Click [OK] and reboot your machine and try to connect.
HTH.
Let us know.
