blue screen at shutdown

Everytime I shut down my computer, I get a blue screen with the following message:
Stop: c 000021a {Fatal System Error} The Window Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down.

I then have to manually turn it off. Running Windows XP SP1. Any thoughts?
