Blue screen at shut down

hi my firend has vista and he has a blue screen that pops up when he gose to
shut down but when he logs out it's fine and there is no error message just a
blue screen. Plez. if you have any advice on whut we should do plez. let us
know. and plez. no clamplats just solutions.

Yo Cat--

There is an error message on the BSOD that pops up and you can make the BSOD
stay so you can read the words.

Turn Off Automatically Restart and make a note of it.

How to turn off Automatically Restart

Click Start then right click My Computer choose Properties
Then Advanced tab
Under Startup & Recovery click Settings
Under System failure uncheck Automatically Restart
Click OK.

I'd post that and any hardware changes your friend has made to his pc
lately, or drivers added.
