Blocking Unwanted Parasites with a Hosts File

I'm refering to
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm

I'm using this file and appriciate it.
But there is one problem, it's blocking sponsored site's like when I do a
search for an item in Altavista, the site don't get displayed..

Exampel
http://av.rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A9ibyK...Uqum7eHAFWw%2E%2E&yargs=www.real-rhapsody.net

I need to manually enter the site.
How do I edit my Host file to cancell this stop's?

Remove this item from the HOSTS file...

www21.overture.com

However, since www21.overture.com is listed in the MVPS HOSTS file, it must
not be a very nice place to visit.

My advice would be to stay away from www21.overture.com you may get some
gifts that you don't want.
