If you don't want these programs to run, you might want to stop them from
trying to start up with Windows. Maybe they are in your Startup folder?
If you do want them to run, you may want to see if the company offering
these programs have a Vista compatible version. If you have to run the
non-Vista compatible versions, and don't want the warnings, you can turn off
UAC under Control Panel / User Accounts. Turning off UAC will prevent any
of the Vista security warnings, so you might want to consider this before
doing it.
