Is there a way to send a CONTACT GROUP list of addresses to someone not in
that group & without sending email to the group ?

Yes. Export Contact list as CSV to a folder of your choice. Mail it as
attachment.

Not easily.... here's a possible workaround...
You can create an email to the person, add the group to the CC: field
Save the message as a draft, File - Save
Close the message (do not send it).
Open the message in the Drafts folder.
Now you can see all of the recipients in the CC: field.
Highlight them, copy and paste into the message body.
Delete them from the CC: field.
Edit as necessary & Send.

Unfortunately you can only export the whole contacts list, not just one group.
