Blaster worm!! Help me!!

I got the blaster worm E virus on my laptop running
Windows XP, I ran my norton, put the updates from
Microsoft on, used the remove tool. My computers says
the virus is gone but I get a shut down message that
looks like the message on this website

What do I need to do?

Don't have an answer, BUT I recommend you try visiting a
Dell forum.
Go to //forums.us.dell.com/supportforums
then where you see "Jump to a Message Board"
select (toward the bottom of the list)
"Special Interest - Virus/spyware information and removal"
They specialize in your kind of question. You might have
to register as a membeer before you can post, but that's
OK. It's a great group of forums.
