I have a user at my firm that inadvertently sent out an email without filling
in any of the header fields (ie., TO, CC and BCC). This user was not
prompted that the TO field (or all fields) were left blank and it acted as
though it sent and went into her SENT ITEMS folder. This user thought they
had sent out the email but had not.
Any ideas how to fix this?
