Black Screen with Remote Desktop Connection

I am running Windows XP Home (at home) and Windows XP Pro
(at work). I am having a problem with Terminal
Services/Remote Desktop Connection. When I try to login to
my computer at work. It gives me a black screen for a
while eventually lets me in but then kicks me out as soon
as I try to do anything. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I have tried everything that user groups advise. Thanks in
advance.
