Big Icons Needed

I have XP Home SP 2. I want my windows to always show the big icons
-- icon view. I set the folders to default to that view. But when I
need to open or save a file, a dialog window opens up and I see a list
of icons only. They are so little and my eyes are getting old -- I
can't see them! I need the icons to show as large icons by default in
those windows. I do have the option in the dialog window to go to
view > icons. I want that to be default.

Is there a setting or registry hack that I can use to always see icons
view in the dialog windows?
