Beta & Microsoft firewall

I installed the new Beta spyware and ran it. When I
rebooted the computer, it's acting worse than before.
Now Windows Firewall will not connect no matter what I
do. The message I get is "Windows cannot start the
Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
Service. Any advice on how to get my firewall back up?
