Best Way to reinstall Outlook Express?

My Outlook Express mail system seems to be corrupted so I
would like to reinstall it. I was wondering what would
be the easiest way to do that, but I definitely do not
want to be reinstalling the entire XP operating system,
just the Outlook Express portion. I am not even sure if
the Outlook Express is part of the XP, or does it reside
inside the Internet Explorer (have ver. 6). Would
reinstalling of the Internet Explorer automatically
reinstall Outlook Express?

Would appreciate any tips on the least painful option.

What seems to be the problem with OE? That might be a better place to start.
If you already have IE6 (which includes OE6) installed, I'm not sure you can
do a reinstall over it...
