Behaviors Mouse over

In the behaviors panel I do have the insert and delete button active but the
mouseover command is missing.

The authoring setting is custom, all boxes are checked, Browser is set for
IE & Netscape. CSS is checked and the Schema is IE 5. I have also tried
other settings besides custom.

I also have run Detect and Repair.

Any suggestions?

When you set a behaviour it is normally set to work on onclick in the
Events column. If you then hover over onclick other options become
available in a dropdown, including onmouseover.
