BAD_POOL_CALLER.

i recently brought a laptop, it came with windows vista business installed.
while "exploring' through the new stuff i tried to activate the inbuilt web
camera.
i think that i might have been misisg some drivers. vista crashed sending
me toteh blue cras dump screen, from there it sends me to a screen that has
two options
1: launch startup repair (which just brings me back to the same page
without doing anything )
2: launch windows normally which takes me to the "crash screen" tells me
there is a
BAD_POOL_CALLER and starts colleting data for a crash dump then restarts
and takes me back to the same page

is there anything i can do ?
