backup email account settings

I'd like to move my Outlook 2003 data (emails & email accouts) to a new
machine. I can export to pst file but how do I transfer the POP3 email
account settings?

Hi TF,
Please read my reply to MJD titled 'Save Everything' -
I typed up a lot of info that should answer your question. in that info -
for you, just click 'Settings only' in the procedure I wrote for MJD - that
will save just settings.

Swifty, here in the future four years after your reply to TF, I have searched
for and can not find your answer to MJD re exporting email settings. I'm
using WIndows XP and Outlook 2003. Can you point me to the reply you
mentioned.
