Backup and COM+ error

NTBACKUP doesn't work. In the report there is:

Hi Steve,

Looks like the COM+ services on your computer are not installed
correctly. One possible cause might be errors during Windows Setup.

To re-run Windows setup, please follow the instructions from this KB:
