Backing Up Mail Folders 2003

I have Outlook 2003 and save important email in folders. I want to
back up some of the most important folders to CD/DVD. If anyone has
any shortcuts I'd appreciate it.

Note that if you burn your PST to a CD, in order to use/view the PST you
must copy it back to your hard drive and then remove the read-only attribute
that's been applied to it. Outlook requires your PST to be read-write.
