Back to the Future: 5929 keeps overwriting 5731?

I can manually update to the latest definitions
(currently 5731) but every night when the program
automatically checks for updates, it downloads 5729
again!

Anyone have a work-around for this?? This is really
getting tiresome...

Shutdown MS AntiSpyware. Right click the following and "Save target as..."

http://download.spynet.com/ASDefinitions/gcThreatAuditThreatData.gcd

Copy/paste these files to Program files/Microsoft Antispyware

Restart MSAS and "check for updates".

Oh, the joys of beta testing! The manual technique must
