Avoid incomming messages in Inbox

Hello all

I have big troubles with spams notifications.
I work with Outlook 2003 by using Exchange Server. This server detects and
clean the e-mails. So, I receive all the time an e-mail with the spam or
virus notification. This is not the problem.
I created a rule to move all messages that have "VIRUS NOTIFICATION" in the
subject to put them in the JunkBox, but I receive sometimes 20 or 30 at the
same time and they arrive into the INBOX and after they move into the
JunkBox and I see also each Windows Display notification at the right
side.... Is so bad!
One or teen messages I can support, but 50 or 100 messages per day is very
much.

There is a way to delete Spam notifications without display de Window
Display notification?
There is a way to delete Spam notifications to move directly into the
JunkBox before they arrive into the Inbox?

Thanks a lot

That should already be the case. Is it a server based rule and is the
Exchange mailbox set as your default delivery location? Do you have any
other rules configured? Disable those and see if it still happens just to
make sure that they are not interfering.

I've seen this happening for profiles that got upgraded to Outlook 2003.
Tried it with a clean profile already?
