Autorun / Save Image Wizard will not work

I have a Fuji A330 and have installed Finepix software
which comes with the camera. My computer recognizes the
camera but the Save Image Wizard will not open up when I
connect the camera to the computer nor will Autorun start
up. I have checked the Finepix settings and everything
seems to be in order (including uninstalling and
reinstalling, updating DirectX, etc.). Any suggestions
as to how I can get the save image wizard or autorun
turned on or repaired would be greatly appreciated. This
is Day 4 of trying to copy over my pictures!! Thanks.

Try looking at yves alarie's soln dated 7/6/04 "autoplay". Had same problem as you now works. Regards

I have tried all of the suggestions in Yves' message and it has not solved the problem. Now I am quite confused and am not sure what the problem is. Autorun is not working at all. It is not working for my DVD drive, CDRW drive or, when it is connected, the camera which appears as the F drive. Is this a hardware problem or software problem. The computer is only 8 months old. I have checked the connections to make sure everything is tight. Any further suggestions or ideas?
