AutoPlay is Now Broken

So, AutoPlay in Vista 64 is broken. My dad's brand new PC with Ultimate 64
has it working perfectly...for now. Muha. But, it's broken in mine! When I
put in a disc, nothing happens. The default action for music CDs (ask me)
doesn't come up. The program doesn't run in game CDs. Nothing about it
works. It worked at first, as seems to be the case with all my Vista
installations.

In your Control Panel, open the "Default Programs" applet.
Click on "Change AutoPlay settings" and make your desired
changes, then click on "Save".

Yes, thanks, I changed it that way in the first place, but still no response
