Automatically load add-in when connected

Hi

I have built an outlook add-in which uses public folders in outlook. The add-in works fine However there are a few users who have laptops with outlook and the add-in installed- when they are away from the network and access outlook- they are sometimes disconnected and the add-in fails to load- when they return to the network- outlook connects- but the add-in doesnt automatically load- the user has to tick the add in to enable it.

My question is - is there a way to load the add-in automatically whenever outlook is connected to exchange?
