automatically copy text to dupl page same doc

In a Word template I have a letter to a client and a duplicate of it
separated by a next page break in the same document. The duplicate uses
background text to identify it as a duplicate document. I need the text that
is typed in fileds in the "original" part of the letter to automatically
populate the fields in the "duplicate" part of the letter so that the text
does not have to be typed twice.
