Automatic Update downloads updates but fails to install them.

Windows 2000 SP4, the pc will download the updates but fails to install them
using Windows Update. I can manually download install the updates but this
needs to be fixed. There are no events in the event log regarding this or no
other problems with the computer.

Any help would be great.
