Automatic Pop Up Box to Disconnect Dial Up Connection when closing

Simple Question I think ?
What do set in IE to provide an automatic Pop Up box that then reminds me to
shut down the dial up connection to my ISP ? i.e. disconnect the phone, when
I sutdown IE.

Tools | Internet Options | Connections
Click Settings in the Dialup section.
Check "Disconnect when a connection may not be needed".
