automatic bad email removal

I send out a lot of emails for a small buisiness, is there a way to have
outlook automatically delete bad addresses from my contacts list.?

No, that's one of the reasons many businesses use dedicated mailing list software (or hosted list servers) -- processing the 10% of items you can expect to be returned from any mass mailing.
