autocomplete doesnt work

Outlook 2002. Autocomplete when typing To: Cc: and Bcc: worked fine for
years. Just stopped.

It *IS* turned on in Tools>Options>Email>Email Options>advanced

Is there a file that contains all old emails that is corrupted???

Probably not the file, but the profile.
Create a new profile. If it starts working again, we can tell you how to
recover you old cache file if you want.
