auto run RULES FOR OUTGOING EMAIL

Hi. I have rules for my out-going emails in Outlook 2003 but i have to run
the rules manually, unlike my rules for my in-coming emails, which run
automatically when i get incoming emails. Any advise to how i can run my
out-going email rules automatically, meaning, the emails get filed away in
folders the minute they are send. Just to let you know, the "RUN THIS RULE
NOW ON MESSAGE ALREADY IN SENT ITEMS" and "TURN ON THIS RULE" options are
both checked.

thanks,
Mukesh
