Auto decline meeting request if outside your work time in outlook

In Calendar Options, there is Start time and End time for your calendar,
which would mean these are your normal work hours. All your meetings are
within this timeframe.
In Resource Scheduling you would want to automatically accept meetings
within the Start and End time you have mentioned in the options above. This
is not the case today.
I am suggesting you add another check box to, automatically decline meeting
request if it is outside the Start and End time you have set in your Calendar
options.
